This flow can be used as a general warm-up for other compound movements or it can be repeated several times for a conditioning effect on its own. Give it a go!

Explosive Push ups and Plyo / Power Push Ups (Explosive strength and Plyometric Basics) including a complete tutorial how to do the flying superman pushup. Basic exercises and progression, and also more advanced variations later on. How to get started (beginners level) with explosive and plyo / power push ups, and how to progress to the more advanced and extreme push ups.
Things to have in mind,
Be sure to have a good experience in training before doing plyometrics and explosive push ups, and of course mastering the basic push up is required).
Use a soft surface and/or protection for your face
DON'T rush and try things you can not manage. Always master the BASICS FIRST (and each level) before heading for next step.
Avoid anything you don't feel comfortable with, and if you have any training related injuries or weaknesses.
Have in mind that with a poor technique it can be stressful for the joints. Work from basics and step it up by time. Learn to master, and land softly when it comes to this type of push ups.
