In this routine im resuming back my backsquats regimen.
For the Past 6 Weeks i been squatting everyday and took a week and half off . It is about that time i link back up to squatting at the same pace i did .
I happened to trying to switch it up a bit by supersetting Weighted Pullups and Squats on Same day Given i will be doing both every day and sometimes dont have enough time to do a full blown specific exercise.
My SI and Hips joints are however still a lil sore.
By the way as u may have noticed i changed my approach of ass to grass because im trying to fix the buttwink and only tend to do it when the load is light enough .
Otherwise i just go low enough to sit past parallel or around parallel.
On the Pullups i set 1/3 of my bodyweight for 8 Reps on Controlled pace.

3min Rest In between Sets
All for 5 S. SETS
