It had been a long time i hadnt done a single pistol because of my complete dedication to backsquat for the past months.
Having seen my friend adam posting a video of a variation he called SHOTGUN Squat i thought id train a bit pistols and complete those variations.
And adding the calf raise at the top that would stimulate the gastrocnemius muscle in addition the the one at the bottom that stimulate the soleus.
Resulted from a suggestion i read on a comment.
The same comment suggested the additional calf raise would represent the empty shell falling ( lol )
