Upper body push workouts for chest & triceps primary (shoulder-involvement as well). Weight training & calisthenics exercises, combined workouts.
Bench press, chest press, weighted dips, bodyweight dips variations and isolations such as tricep extensions.
After march in 2014 I did generally bodyweight training, with just sporadic weight/gym workouts until the end of 2014.
In recent weeks I got back to some weight training heavy/low rep range lifting, but still combined with Calisthenics.
These are mainly the exercises and workouts I've been doing for chest/triceps.

Weights are of course, and should be, individually adjustable. Avoid anything and any exercises you feel you can't manage, or that make you feel any stress or pain. Reps and sets shall always be controllable.
