When you think of working out and getting in shape, the general image that is conjured is a facility filled with fancy equipment and sweaty bodies. What happens if you don't have the time or inclination to attend the traditional gym but you want to be in shape? A lot of improvement can be accomplished with the use of your own body's weight as a fitness tool if you apply some creativity to movements. Here are a few examples of bodyweight exercises that you can apply to your daily training. Feel free to modify according to your fitness level.
