A beach workout in the Florida Keys!
The beach is not a prerequisite for any movement pattern that you see here.. These exercises can be done anywhere and anytime; no gym required! The sand surface however provided an additional challenge of stability which is a plus when pursuing overall fitness. In addition to performing this type of training, be sure to incorporate some sort of flexibility, cardio, and strength workout. Also don't neglect the importance of having a well balanced diet. Most of all, be sure to have fun!
