Fitness is my lifestyle! It's what I do all day, 24/7! Either I am out training clients, working on improving my personal skill level or researching new training concepts. I want to share my passion and help others become immersed in the fitness game. Each individual has their own personal journey and milestones along the way. If health and fitness assumes a priority in our lives, I sincerely believe that a lot of tragic problems would be avoided. There would be significant less stress and a calmer approach to living.
I personally believe that genetics ultimately determines the amount of years in your life, but whatever is allocated to you make it the best quality possible. The human body was designed to move and be active! Without physical activity we tend to feel lethargic and apathetic. Let's get back to the primal way of living and wage the war on aging! You can do it... let's goooooo!!!
