As promised, this video was made for the ladies of Lake Placid, Florida who are working hard to achieve their utmost fitness level and are looking to take it up a notch! Here are some intermediate level exercises that you can incorporate into your workouts which will, no doubt, increase your heart rate and make you sweat! To burn some serious fat and rev up your metabolism I suggest you choose a series of 8 to 10 of the exercises on this video and start with 10-15 reps of each. Increase your sets as your endurance improves. Most importantly and for best results, have fun!
