By Far The Biggest Volume of SQUAT Routine ive ever done so far.
And i believe this can only be a once in a while thing.
NB: BUTT WINK isnt a strength issue .It is simply due to lack of hamstring flexibility , thus making the hamstring pull down your pelvis as soon as it reaches its full extension.
Meaning if you are going ass to grass as soon as u break 90 there is nothing you can do about it unless you work on increasing the hami flexibility .
AND THAT DOES NOT COME OVERNIGHT , SO YEA IM WORKING ON IT . JUST NOTICED TOO MUCH MENTION OF BUTT WINK AND I CANT WAIT FOR MY HAMSTRING TO GET THERE BEFORE RESUMING MY SQUAT TRAINING.
ALL I KNOW IS I KNOW MY LIMIT ENOUGH TO KNOW WHT I CAN HANDLE SAFELY OR NOT ... SO NO NEED TO WORRY BOUT MY BACK .
