Gym workout featuring Chest day!
This is the first submission to a 5 part series featuring a full body workout at the gym using mainly weights. Today is chest day so I included bench press, incline bench press, dumbbell flyes, some cable work and a body-weight super-set chest finisher. I hope that this workout is simple enough to grasp, so that you can follow along or derive training ideas from the concept. Be on the lookout for part 2 which will focus on arm blasting!
