Gym workout featuring Arms day! Here's part two of my 5 part gym series. Today was an epic arm blasting workout! I started with a mobility warm up to get the joints lubricated, then progressed to lying triceps extension, then overhead triceps extensions, triceps push downs, kneeling triceps rope extensions,then on to biceps with barbell curls, preacher curls, seated incline dumbbell seated curls, then concentrated curls as the last in the series. I finished up with some high triceps dips which I like to do on the high bar.
