Jack Lalanne (fingertip) push ups. Extreme push up & core involving exercise. Focus on keeping a strong & tight core and maintaining the tension in all body. Extremely challenging pushups and NOT for beginners. A strong core (ALL AROUND - front, sides & back) is very significant for this exercise. Avoid if experiencing pain, specially if a weak lower back. Build up a great core strength with basic core exercises but ALSO complete overall training and exercises for full body, functional & compound movements etc. Don't forget to train all your body, and not only the front.
