Full body involvement at different difficulty level. Basics are learning the Handstand and then go on with exercises such as the Handstand push / the Diamond scorpion push up (shoulders & triceps) and different variations of the Handstand. The Dragon flag is an extreme ab/core exercise. To learn it / make it easier, the hips might be bent (like in a leg raise). The crucifix push up might look simple, but it's for sure one of the most difficult push ups I've tried.
This kind of training is extremely tough (even though only the bodyweight is used), but also very fun.
