So for those that are new to this page/Team
We are always pushing ourselves to new levels when it comes to our workouts. So this installment is us sharing some of our more challenging routines that wether you complete it or not, by attempting to complete it you will get stronger. These routines can be modified but we really want you guys(that can do the individual exercises) to give it a try. This is (in our opinion) a pretty advanced routine, so its probably better suited for the more advanced athletes. However anyone can give it a go.
