No weights, no problem is a phrase commonly heard in calisthenics circles. We are getting down with some bodyweight training somewhere in Doral at some cool park. :-) Here are examples of exercises that you can perform at your local park with minimal equipment use. There is no excuse for not being part of an exercise program. Get off your butt and move something!
